The present invention relates to a composition for permanent wave, comprising a first liquid including a reducing agent and a second liquid including an oxidizing agent. The first liquid comprises a reducing agent, an alkali agent, purified water, a sugar cane extract, a licorice powder, a seaweed extract and amino acids. According to the present invention, the composition for permanent wave can minimize damage of hairs and stimulation to the scalp when having permanent wave, and applies gloss, elasticity and nutrition to hairs.
