PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radiolabeling compositions with ease of use as an "instant" kit involving a single lyophilized vial and a liquid diluent vial, having high radiochemical purity upon radiolabeling, for preparation of a cancer detection agent for use in sentinel lymph node biopsy for melanoma and breast cancer diagnosis.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition comprising the following (a) to (f) for radiolabeling, with technetium-99, a dextran conjugated with diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) as a chelating agent: (a) a DTPA-dextran with a concentration less than or equal to 0.50 mg/vial ； (b) a non-reducing disaccharide with a concentration less than or equal to 2% (w/v)； (c) a non-sulfhydryl antioxidant with a concentration of about 0.5 mg/vial； (d) a stannous salt in which the concentration of the dihydrate form of the stannous salt is less than or equal to 75 &mu；g/vial； (e) a pH buffer with a concentration less than or equal to about 0.5 mg/vial； and (f) a water for injection (WFI) degassed and deaerated with an inert gas.【課題】メラノーマ及び乳癌を診断する為のセンチネルリンパ節生検に用いる癌検出剤の調製の為の、放射標識後の放射化学的純度が高く、１個の凍結乾燥バイアル及び液体希釈剤バイアルを含む「インスタント」キットとして使い易い放射性標識組成物の提供。【解決手段】キレート剤としてジエチレントリアミン五酢酸（ＤＴＰＡ）がコンジュゲートしたデキストランをテクネチウム－９９で放射標識するための下記（ａ）～（ｆ）を含んでなる組成物。（ａ）０．５０ｍｇ／バイアル以下の濃度のＤＴＰＡ－デキストラン、（ｂ）２％（ｗ／ｖ）以下の濃度の非還元性二糖、（ｃ）約０．５ｍｇ／バイアルの濃度の非スルフヒドリル酸化防止剤、（ｄ）第一スズ塩の二水和物形態の濃度が７５μｇ／バイアル以下の第一スズ塩、（ｅ）約０．５ｍｇ／バイアル以下の濃度のｐＨバッファー、及び（ｆ）不活性ガスで脱ガス及び脱気した注射用蒸留水（ＷＦＩ）【選択図】図１
