The method (100) of producing a trapezio-metacarpal prosthesis comprising a prosthetic trapezium, the method comprising successive steps of: a. Acquisition (110) of a series of medical images of a trapeziometacarpal joint of a patient to be treated； b. Three-dimensional reconstruction (120) of the trapezoid bone of the trapezio-metacarpal joint into a three-dimensional digital model from the series of previously acquired medical images； vs. Realization (130) in the three-dimensional model thus obtained means for receiving an anchoring means； and D. Three-dimensional printing (140) of the prosthetic trapezium from the three-dimensional model from the previous step. Acquisition (110) d'une série d'images médicales d'une articulation trapézo-métacarpienne d'un patient à traiter ； b. Reconstruction (120) tridimensionnelle de l'os trapèze de l'articulation trapézo-métacarpienne en un modèle tridimensionnel numérique à partir de la série d'images médicales précédemment acquises ； c.
