PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper comprising a storage part for storing excrement therein from a storage port, capable of suppressing occurrence of rash or itch on a skin, and capable of stably holding a position of the storage port just below an anal or the like.SOLUTION: A diaper comprises: a storage part 11 for receiving excrement from a storage port 12 and storing excrement therein and a holding part 21 attached to the surrounding of an anal of a hip of a wearer, and holding and positioning the storage port 12 just below the anal of the wearer. The holding part 21 is formed of plural suckers 22 disposed in a dispersed state in the surrounding of the anal and sucked to a hip. The storage part 11 is folded in a normal state, and when excrement is discharged, a content volume is expanded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 収納口から排泄物を内部に収納する貯溜部を備えるおむつにおいて、皮膚にかぶれやかゆみを生じさせることなく、収納口の位置を肛門等の直下に安定して保持する。【解決手段】 収納口12から排泄物を受け入れて内部に貯溜する貯溜部11と、着用者の臀部の肛門の周辺に取り付けられ、収納口12を着用者の肛門の直下に位置させて保持する保持部21と、を備えた。そして、保持部21は、肛門周辺に分散して配置されて臀部に吸着される複数の吸盤22で形成した。また、貯溜部11は、通常は折り畳まれた状態にあり、排泄物の排出時は内容積が拡張するものとした。【選択図】図1
