Вибропневмосепаратор содержит раму, деку, кожух, стойки, механизмы привода и вентилятор. Дека имеет зоны предварительного расслоения и раздельного транспортирования. Привод выполнен в виде кривошипного вала и шатуна. Вентилятор имеет всасывающее окно и нагнетательный канал. Перед приемником для плотной фракции расположен направитель. Направитель выполнен с возможностью вертикального перемещения и регулирования угла между его плоскостью и направлением движения материала. Под декой установлены жалюзи. Пластины жалюзи равноудалены друг от друга и связаны между собой рычажным механизмом. Обеспечивается повышение эффективности разделения сыпучих материалов, имеющих незначительное различие по плотности и небольшое содержание фракций с меньшей плотностью. 2 ил.
