The subject of the present invention is a dyeing composition for human keratin fibers such as the hair, in the form of a foam, comprising: (a) at least one amphoteric polymer obtained from at least one monomer chosen from acrylic acid, or methacrylic acid, of at least one monomer chosen from acrylamide or a derivative thereof, of at least one monomer chosen from monomers comprising one or more quaternary ammonium groups； (b) at least one alkaline agent； (c) at least one surfactant； (d) at least one oxidizing agent； (e) at least one oxidation dye precursor. It also relates to a process for treating human keratin fibers from this composition in the form of foam and aerosol or non-aerosol devices for the generation of this foam.La présente invention a pour objet une composition de coloration des fibres kératiniques humaines telles que les cheveux, sous forme de mousse comprenant : (a) au moins un polymère amphotère obtenu à partir -d'au moins un monomère choisi parmi l'acide acrylique ,ou l'acide méthacrylique, d'au moins un monomère choisi parmi l'acrylamide ou un de ses dérivés, -d'au moins un monomère choisi parmi les monomères comportant un ou plusieurs groupements ammonium quaternaire ； (b) au moins un agent alcalin ； (c) au moins un agent tensioactif ； (d) au moins un agent oxydant ； (e) au moins un précurseur de colorant d'oxydation. Elle concerne également un procédé de traitement des fibres kératiniques humaines à partir de cette composition sous forme de mousse et des dispositifs aérosol ou non aérosol permettant la génération de cette mousse.
