The stator 11 includes an iron core 111 having a housing space, a main coil 113, and an auxiliary coil 114. The rotor 12 is disposed in the accommodation space, includes a rotor body 121, a magnetic element group 122, and a rotating shaft 13 connected to the rotor body 121, and is connected to the cleaning head 20 via the rotating shaft 13. The magnetic element group 122 includes two magnetic elements that are arranged on opposite sides of the rotor body 121, have opposite polarities, and apply a magnetic force along the magnetic field direction. The main coil 113 is wound around the iron core 111 along a first direction perpendicular to the magnetic field direction, and the auxiliary coil 114 has a winding structure and is provided adjacent to the main coil 113.
