PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device and a blood purification system capable of performing an operation for performing blood purification treatment on the basis of a step signal, or an operation related to the blood purification treatment when blood purification treatment is performed, and capable of preventing filling or circulation of a dialysate in a pipe when the blood purification treatment is not performed.SOLUTION: A blood purification device comprises: control means 13 for causing the device to perform an operation for performing blood purification treatment, or an operation related to the blood purification treatment on the basis of a received step signal and a pipe in which a dialysate is filled or circulated, for allowing the blood purification treatment when the step signal relates to a liquid substitution step and a treatment step.
