PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertebral column implant which can be easily handled.SOLUTION: A first connecting element 2 having rigidity is insertable into a first receiving means 5 of a first bone screw 3, and a second connecting element 9 having elasticity is insertable into a second receiving means 13 of a second bone screw 10. A connecting means 16 for connecting the first connecting element 2 to the second connecting element 9 includes a first clamping device 20 provided on a different bone screw 18 and used to firmly hold the first connecting element 2 and a second clamping device 21 for firmly holding the second connecting element 9.
