The present invention provides a micro-lipid structure formed by biological carrier technology (BCT), comprising: a double-layer phospholipid sphere layer, the inner side of the double-layer phospholipid sphere layer forms an accommodation space; a nutrient substance located in the double layer The accommodating space of the phospholipid sphere layer; and a targeting substance embedded in the layer of the double phospholipid sphere or bound to the layer of the phospholipid sphere. The special hollow structure design of this creation, together with the target material composed of the same signal gene as human cells, can enter the human tissue cells through the cell membrane.
