The present invention relates generally to devices and methods that provide guided delivery of replacement heart valves or other implants to the vasculature. In certain embodiments, the delivery device of the present invention includes an outer sheath and an inner sheath movably disposed within the outer sheath. The outer sheath includes a first imaging element and defines a central lumen that leads to the opening. The outer sheath is further configured to removably hold the implant within the central lumen. The first imaging element is configured to at least partially surround the central lumen so that the implant can be placed through the first imaging element.
