PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform treatment or medical procedures which is used to be limited by a nasal endoscope.
SOLUTION: An assisting tool 12 combined with a nasal endoscope 11 which has an insertion section 17 to be inserted through one nostril is provided. The assisting tool 12 has an insertion section 35 to be inserted through the other nostril. The adapter 13 connects the hand operation part of the endoscope 11 and the rear end part of the assisting tool 12. The adapter 13 has a common treat treatment tool insertion port, a channel connected from the port to a forceps channel provided in the insertion section 35 of the assisting tool 12, and a channel connected from the port to the forceps channel of the endoscope 11. On the distal ends of the respective insertion sections 17, 35, a fixing means for freely detachably fixing each other is provided. The respective insertion sections 17, 35 are inserted from the left and right nostrils, fixed such that the distal end faces are turned to the same direction by the fixing means near the choana, and then advanced together from the esophagus to the stomach.
