PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce false notification of flow volume abnormality occurring when a patient moves, in a flow volume monitoring device for infusion.SOLUTION: A flow volume monitoring device 1 used for infusion device 100 comprises: a droplet fall sensor part 20 detecting a droplet falling in a drip cylinder 210； an acceleration sensor 30 detecting a movement state of the drip cylinder 210； a notification part 40 notifying a user of abnormality； and a sensor side control part 50 controlling the notification part 40 on the basis of the number of droplets detected by the droplet fall sensor part 20 and acceleration information detected by the acceleration sensor part 30. The sensor side control part 50 determines whether the drip cylinder 210 is moved or is at rest based on the acceleration information, and when the number of droplets per unit time exceeds a prescribed threshold, determines that flow volume is abnormal and actuates the notification part 40, and uses, as the prescribed threshold, a first threshold when the drip cylinder is at rest and a second threshold larger than the first threshold when the drip cylinder moves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】輸液の流量監視装置において、患者が移動する際の流量異常の誤報知の発生の低減を目的とする。【解決手段】輸液装置１００に用いられる流量監視装置１は、点滴筒２１０内を落下する液滴を検出する滴落センサ部２０と、点滴筒２１０の移動状態を検出する加速度センサ部３０と、異常を報知する報知部４０と、滴落センサ部２０で検出される液滴数と加速度センサ部３０で検出される加速度情報とに基づいて、報知部４０を制御するセンサ側制御部５０と、を備えており、センサ側制御部５０は、前記加速度情報に基づいて点滴筒２１０が静止中であるか移動中であるかを判定し、単位時間当たりの液滴数が所定の閾値を超える場合に流量異常があると判定して報知部４０を作動させ、該所定の閾値として、静止中においては第１の閾値を用い、移動中においては第１の閾値よりも大きい第２の閾値を用いる。【選択図】図２
