The present invention concerns a method for determining a respiratory condition or for assessing the efficacy of a treatment for a respiratory condition or for optimizing a treatment protocol for a respiratory condition in a subject comprising the steps of: a) obtaining image data concerning two or more three-dimensional images of the subjects respiratory system, which images have been previously acquired during an assessment periodb) calculating a specific three-dimensional structural model of the subjects respiratory system for each of the two or more three-dimensional images of step a)c) comparing the three-dimensional structural models of step b) with each other to determine a respiratory condition or to assess the efficacy of a treatment for a respiratory condition or to optimize a treatment protocol for a respiratory condition.La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination dune affection respiratoire ou dévaluation de lefficacité dun traitement pour une affection respiratoire chez un sujet, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de : a) obtention de données dimages concernant au moins deux images en trois dimensions du système respiratoire du sujet, lesdites images ayant été préalablement acquises durant une période dévaluation b) calcul dun modèle structural spécifique en trois dimensions du système respiratoire du sujet pour chacune des deux images ou plus en trois dimensions de létape a) c) comparaison des modèles structuraux en trois dimensions de létape b) entre eux pour déterminer une affection respiratoire ou pour évaluer lefficacité dun traitement contre une affection respiratoire ou pour optimiser un protocole de traitement contre une affection respiratoire.
