The automatic excretion treating apparatus comprises: a cup unit wrapping and coming in contact with the hips of a patient, suctioning excretion of the patient, and performing a washing function of washing the hips of the patient an excretion treating device for supplying washing water to the cup unit, and absorbing excretion and a connection member for connecting the cup unit and the excretion treating device. The excretion treating device comprises: a first seating unit for installing a waste treating container for suctioning and storing water and waste suctioned from a patient through the cup unit a second seating unit for installing a clear water container for selectively supplying warm water and cool water to the cup unit and a third seating unit including an air supply pipe for supplying air maintained at vacuum to the cup unit by being connected with the connection member, and a drainage means having a waste suctioning pipe for suctioning waste.
