Substance of the invention consists in the fact that a therapeutic eye balsam is characterised by the fact that it contains the ingredients in ratio in grams per 100 g of the therapeutic eye balsam of the following formulation: Siberian fir extract - 48.540 g, 5% propolis extract - 10.000 g, 0.9% physiological saline - 38.540 g, neoselen (food supplement) - 0.971 g, vitamin B2 - 0.007 g, citric acid - 0.971 g, ascorbic acid - 0.971 g that promotes achieving the declared technical effect ensured by the given proportions.
