To provide an under-screen biometrics authentication device and an electronic apparatus which can increase the efficiency of an under-screen biometrics authentication.SOLUTION: There are provided an under-screen biometrics authentication device and an electronic apparatus. The under-screen biometrics authentication device includes: a lens set below a display screen, the lens receiving an optical signal reflected by a finger of a person for detecting the biometrics information of the finger from above the display screen； a tube having the lens fixed to the inside of the tube； and a bracket connected to the tube by a screw, the bracket supporting the tube.
