The present invention relates to a freeze-dried composition including a stem cell growth factor and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: a step of preparing a stem cell culture medium including a growth factor； a step of forming a mixture solution by mixing a growth factor protector with the stem cell culture medium； and a step of obtaining a freeze-dried composition by freeze-drying the mixture solution.
