A horizontal transfer apparatus for medical equipment comprises: a support frame (10) fixed to medical equipment a guide (20) supported by the support frame (10) and arranged in a transfer direction a transfer block (30) of which a transferred object is combined with the upper part thereof and a guide (20) penetrates a guide hole (31) so as to be slidably combined with the guide (20) and moving along the guide (20) in the same direction as the guide (20) a restoring means (40) protrudingly formed at both sides of the transfer block (30) and, when one side thereof is pressed, applying restoring force in the direction of the other side to the transfer block (30) and a two-plate sliding type locking and release device (100) for fixing the transfer block (30) to a lock point or releasing the fixed state, wherein the two-plate sliding type locking and release device (100) comprises: a fixed plate (110) having two fixing grooves (111) formed at both sides thereof and arranged in parallel with the guide (20) a sliding plate (120) having two second installation grooves (121) formed at both sides thereof so as to correspond to the fixing grooves (111), and arranged so as to overlap the fixed plate (110) a locker part (130) including a locker pin (135) inserted into and exiting from the fixing groove (111) and integrally provided to the transfer block (30) and an operation part provided to one side of the support frame (10) and enabling the locker pin (135) to exit from the fixing groove (111) by pulling or pushing the sliding plate (120) in one direction.Linvention concerne un appareil de transfert horizontal pour un équipement médical comprenant : un cadre support (10) fixé à léquipement médical un guide (20) supporté par le cadre support (10) et agencé dans une direction de transfert un bloc de transfert (30) dont la partie supérieure est combinée à un objet transféré et dont un guide (20) pénètre dans un trou (31) de guide de manière à être combiné de manière coulissant
