The present invention relates to a dental cleanser composition for improving adhesion to teeth, and more particularly to, a dental cleanser composition which functions to remove not only a smear layer from the dentin surface of an exposed tooth root, but also oral bacteria, and thus is effective in improving adhesion to teeth in periodontal surgery. The present invention provides a dental cleanser composition containing sodium ethylene diaminotetraacetate and octyl phenol ethoxylate which is a surfactant. Sodium ethylene diaminotetraacetate in the composition functions to remove a smear layer on the tooth root surface and has antibacterial activity, and octyl phenol ethoxylate in the composition functions to lipopolysaccharide. Thus, the composition improves adhesion to teeth in periodontal surgery.본 발명은 치아의 접합능을 향상시키기 위한 치과용 클린저에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 노출된 치근의 상아질 표면에 존재하는 도말층(smear layer)과 구강내 세균들을 제거하여 치주수술에서 치아의 접합능을 향상시키는데 효과적인 치과용 클린저에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 치과용 클린저는 소듐 에틸렌디아민테트라아세테이트(sodium ethylene diaminotetraacetate)로 치근 표면에 존재하는 도말층을 제거하고, 치주원인균에 대한 항균작용을 하며, 계면활성제인 옥틸 페놀 에톡시레이트(octyl phenol ethoxylate)에 의해 리포폴리사카라이드 (lipopolysaccharide)를 제거하는 작용을 하여 치주수술에서 치아의 접합능을 향상시킨다.
