To provide an electrode pad which can be prevented from being left on a skin surface, when detaching an electrostimulator to which the electrode pad is detachably provided from a human body, and which can be prevented from deviating carelessly from the skin surface, for applying a high training effect to the human body.SOLUTION: A fixing part 50 of an electrode pad 1 is detachably fixed to a fixed part 70 of a muscle electrostimulator 100. A conductive part 20 of the electrode pad 1 is provided on a substrate 10, a connection part 60 of the electrode pad 1 electrically connects a conductive part 20 and a power supply part 141 of the muscle electrostimulator 100. An outermost layer R on a side where the conductive part 20 is formed, comprises: an adhesion part 30 having adhesiveness and conductivity; and a non-adhesion part 40 having no adhesiveness or having adhesiveness weaker than force for releasing fixing between the fixing part 50 and the fixed part 70.
