The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fodder distributing device which has two divided ends of a distributing line and can adjust the quantity of fodder fed in each of the divided ends. The present invention provides the fodder distributing device comprising: a plurality of fodder tanks； a plurality of supplying units which supply a particular quantity of fodder from the fodder tanks； a supplying line which is provided with the fodder from the supplying units and has an end formed in order to be able to rotate； a wind power generator which supplies wind power so that the fodder provided in the providing line is moved by means of the wind power； and a plurality of first distributing lines, each of which has one end arranged in an arc shape and selectively contacting the rotated supplying line and has the other end disposed in a water tank where fish live.본 발명은 분배 라인의 말단을 두 부분으로 분할하고, 분할된 각 부분으로 유입되는 사료의 양을 조절할 수 있는 사료 분배기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.본 발명은 복수 개의 사료 탱크, 사료 탱크로부터 사료를 소정량 공급하는 복수 개의 공급부, 공급부를 통해 사료가 공급되며, 단부가 회전 가능하게 설치되는 공급 라인, 공급 라인으로 공급된 사료가 풍력에 의해 이동되도록 풍력을 공급하는 풍력 발생기 및 일 단이 호형으로 배열되며, 공급 라인이 회전하여 선택적으로 접속되며, 타단은 어류가 서식하는 수조 상에 위치하는 복수 개의 제1 분배 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 배급기를 제공한다.
