PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine supplying system capable of supplying medicine in correspondence to a cart moved to a loading position.SOLUTION: In the medicine supplying system, each cart 1 respectively positioned in a plurality of standby positions 10b is moved to the loading position 10c by an automatic traveling vehicle 2, medicine supplied from a medicine supplying device 7 on the basis of prescription data is placed on a tray 3, and the tray 3 is loaded on the cart 1 moved to the loading position 10c.
