PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk of fit failure caused to a metal base completed to a palate when making the metal base by a lost-wax process using a metal base prototype formed of a resin material.SOLUTION: A making method of a metal base in a metal denture has: a first step of dividing the entire of the metal base to be made in a preset part using CAD/CAM, and creating molding data for molding with a three-dimensional molding device every divided component a second step of using the three-dimensional molding device, performing the three-dimensional molding using a resin material every component by using the molding data created in the first step, and three-dimensionally molding a metal base configuration region prototype formed by dividing the metal base to be made in the preset part and being the prototype every region a third step of using the metal base configuration region prototype three-dimensionally molded in the second step, and forming a metallic component constituting the metal base to be made by a lost-wax process and a fourth step of making the metal base to be made by combining the metallic component formed in the third step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】樹脂材料により形成した金属床原型を用いてロストワックス鋳造法により金属床を作製する際に、口蓋に対して出来上がった金属床が適合不良を起こすリスクを低減する。【解決手段】CAD/CAMを使用して、作製予定の金属床の全体を予め設定された箇所で分割して、該分割した構成要素毎に三次元造形装置で造形するための造形データを作成する第1の工程と、三次元造形装置を使用して、第1の工程で作成した造形データを用いて、構成要素毎に樹脂材料を用いた三次元造形を行い、作製予定の金属床を予め設定された箇所で分割した領域毎の原型たる金属床構成領域原型を三次元造形する第2の工程と、第2の工程で三次元造形した金属床構成領域原型を用いて、ロストワックス鋳造法により作製予定の金属床を構成する金属部材を形成する第3の工程と、第3の工程で形成した金属部材を組み合わせて、作製予定の金属床を作製する第4の工程とを有する。【選択図】 図1
