The apparatus relates to the food industry, and specifically to devices for baking individual articles from liquid dough, primarily pancakes. The required technical result, which consists in extending the functional possibilities, is achieved in an apparatus comprising a frame with the following, mounted successively and equipped with a heating element unit: a preliminary cooking fryer and a final cooking fryer, a turning device, a device for inserting a filling, and also an electric drive, wherein the preliminary cooking fryer is in the form of an immovable slab, the final cooking fryer is in the form of a movable divided slab, the turning device is mounted on the frame between the immovable slab and the movable divided slab and comprises a shaft of a first electric motor of the electric drive, on which movable plates are fixed, which movable plates can be freely placed onto the immovable slab and, when dough cooked at the top is present on said plates, the latter can flip the dough onto the movable divided slab, with the device for inserting a filling being fixed to the frame under the initial section of said slab, said device ensuring that small amounts of filling are placed onto the dough cooked at the top and bottom, wherein the final section of the movable divided slab is formed on a shaft of a second electric motor of the electric drive so as to form a curvilinear area, ensuring that the dough cooked on both sides and filled with filling is deflected into a tube and discharged into a finished-product receiver.Ce groupe dinventions concerne lindustrie alimentaire, plus particulièrement, des dispositifs de cuisson darticles séparés faits de de pâte liquide, de préférence de crêpes.
