Lower elastic members (15b) are attachedin a stretched state to leg opening edge sections of the front and rear waist regions.The flap sections (24) have portions fixed to the respective inner surfaces ofthe front and rear waist regions, where the portions are places at which the freeedge sections (40b) overlap the lower elastic members (15b) with the flap sections(24) stretched to the lateral direction (B).
