The present invention relates to a biomaterial for bone filling, consisting of composite particles which comprise an organic phase and an inorganic phase. According to the invention, the composite particles are sintered particles forming a three-dimensional biomaterial having a total porosity of between 10% and 80%. The present invention also relates to a method for obtaining such a biomaterial. La présente invention a pour objet un biomatériau pour le comblement osseux, constitué de particules composites qui comprennent une phase organique et une phase inorganique. Selon l'invention, les particules composites sont des particules frittées formant un biomatériau tridimensionnel présentant une porosité totale comprise entre 10% et 80%. La présente invention a également pour objet un procédé permettant d'obtenir un tel biomatériau.
