The present invention relates to a tissue regeneration material release-inducing cell therapeutic composition comprising a medium for cryopreservation of an animal cell which contains a protein, a sugar, a buffer, and a basal medium； and does not contain DMSO, glycerol and serum. The cell therapeutics of the present invention are characterized in that both an animal cell and a medium for cryopreservation of an animal cell have a tissue regeneration efficacy, as the tissue regeneration promoting material within the cells is released into the medium for cryopreservation through the freezing and thawing process of the cells.
