The stents according to the invention can additionally be coated with at least one anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative, anti-angiogenic, anti-restenotic and/or anti-thrombogenic active substance.La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse fabriquée en alliage de magnésium dégradable dans des conditions physiologiques et recouverte d'un revêtement inorganique comprenant du fluorure de magnésium et d'un revêtement organique. Les endoprothèses selon l'invention peuvent être également revêtues d'au moins un principe actif anti-inflammatoire, anti-prolifératif anti-angiogénique, anti-resténotique et/ou anti-thrombogénique.
