The measurement device (25) comprises: an average blood pressure detection unit (5) that detects pressure information from the measurement device (25) applied to the measurement site by the finger pressure of the measuring person; and a blood pressure change amount detection unit (4) that comes in contact with the measurement site, together with the average blood pressure detection unit (5), and detects minute changes caused by the pulse at the measurement site.
