The present invention relates to a skin therapeutic apparatus which can improve durability of a needle and reduce maintenance costs. The apparatus comprises: a treatment unit inserted into the skin of a patient and stimulating the skin； a holder unit transmitting a signal to the treatment unit, where the treatment unit is removable； and a handpiece unit installing a holder unit and supplying the signal to the holder unit.
