The present invention relates to a method for providing information for determining the prognosis of breast cancer by predicting axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Using the present invention, it is possible to accurately predict the axillary lymph node metastasis, which is an important index for determining the prognosis of breast cancer, from only the noninvasive diagnostic findings of the primary carcinoma. In particular, the present invention can be applied to determine the prognosis of breast cancer because it has an advantage of predicting whether or not an actual metastasis has occurred even in patients who have been shown to have no axillary lymph node metastasis by other clinical methods.본 발명은 유방암의 액와림프절 전이를 예측함으로써 유방암의 예후 판단을 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 이용하면 유방암의 예후를 결정하는 중요한 지표가 되는 액와림프절 전이 여부를 원암종의 비침습적 진단 소견만으로 정확히 예측 가능하다. 특히 본 발명은 다른 임상적 방법으로 진단했을 때 액와림프절에 전이가 없는 것으로 나타난 환자들에서도 실제 전이가 일어났는지 여부를 예측할 수 있는 장점이 있어 유방암의 예후 판단에 매우 중요하게 응용될 수 있다.
