PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external pharmaceutical composition in which loxoprofen and/or a salt thereof and tocopheryl acetate coexist, while it suppresses the amount of tocopheryl acetate from decreasing and has excellent stability.SOLUTION: An external pharmaceutical composition contains (A) loxoprofen and/or a salt thereof, (B) tocopheryl acetate, and (C) lactic acid, so that the external pharmaceutical composition suppresses the amount of tocopheryl acetate from decreasing and has excellent stability.
