PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aroma sample container with which users can sufficiently feel the aroma and undesired aroma outlet can be suppressed, and to provide an aroma sample using the same.SOLUTION: An aroma sample container for containing an aroma body 200 is provided with a hollow aroma containing part 110 which includes an opening part 112 and a pair of side walls 113, 114 facing each other and is formed so as to elastically deform in an opposing direction of the pair of side walls 113, 114 and not to elastically deform in a direction orthogonal to the opposing direction； and a nozzle 120 which is connected to the opening part 112 and has a discharge port 124 discharging air inside the aroma containing part 110. When a user presses the pair of side walls 113, 114 with his or her fingers, air is pushed out of the aroma containing part 110, whereby the air containing aroma components diffused from the aroma body 200 is discharged to the outside from the discharge port 124 of the nozzle 120.
