According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: a first simulation data obtaining step of obtaining first simulation data by a computer, wherein the first simulation data is obtained by virtual surgery performance of a user or the computer in a state that only a distal part of each surgical instrument is expressed in a virtual body model； a step of obtaining motion data of each surgical instrument from the first simulation data； a step of obtaining body appearance data and body internal data of a patient； and a step of calculating an optimal entry position of each surgical instrument by reflecting the motion data, the body internal data and the body appearance data.
