PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheotomy tube having good user's convenience capable of supplying a predetermined amount of air to a cuff simply and certainly to keep the internal pressure of the cuff constant. SOLUTION: A cuff tube 10, which communicates with the cuff expanding lumen communicating with the cuff provided to the outer peripheral surface of one end of the lumen body of the tracheotomy tube and has a pilot balloon part 14 for expanding and contracting the cuff provided to the leading end thereof, is provided to the connector part of the lumen body of the tracheotomy tube and a monitor member 17 for supplying a predetermined amount of air to the cuff to keep the internal pressure of the cuff constant is provided to the pilot balloon part 14.
