The purpose of the present invention is to enable various functions to be realized through color differentiation according to selective input of each raw material having various colors. An apparatus for manufacturing an implant prosthesis of the present invention comprises: a spraying means for spraying a raw material supplied from a raw material container containing a raw material which is cured by irradiation of ultraviolet light； a molding means having a molding plate to which the raw material sprayed from the spraying means is applied； and an ultraviolet lamp which is cured by irradiation of ultraviolet ray to the raw material applied to the molding plate. The apparatus for manufacturing an implant prosthesis further comprises: an elevating means for elevating and lowering the spraying means in a vertical direction； a moving means for linearly reciprocating the spraying means in a horizontal direction； and an advancing and retreating means for moving the molding plate back and forth in a forward and backward direction. The spraying means includes: a container, which has an accommodation groove to which the raw material container is fitted and the ultraviolet lamp installed on a bottom surface thereof； and a spray nozzle, which is provided in a lower part of the container and is connected to the inside of the raw material container to spray the raw material to the outside.
