PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of certainly preventing drunken driving.SOLUTION: On a steering 1 of the vehicle, an alcohol concentration measurement device 4 for measuring an alcohol concentration in expiration of a driver and an electrode 2 for measuring electrocardiogram and the pulse wave of the driver and LED device 3 are mounted. Further, from the measured electrocardiogram and the pulse wave, it is determined whether or not the driver is a legitimate owner of the vehicle. If the driver is the legitimate owner and the alcohol concentration in the expiration is a reference value or lower, the electrocardiogram and the pulse wave of the driver are measured again. The vehicle is determined to be in the drivable state only when the result of the re-measurement is coincident with the first measurement result to prevent successful impersonation of the driver.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 飲酒運転を確実に防止できる装置を提供することである。【解決手段】 車両のステアリング1に、運転者の呼気中のアルコール濃度を測定するアルコール濃度測定装置4と、運転者の心電と脈波とを測定する電極2とLED装置3とを取り付ける。そして、測定された心電と脈波とから、運転者が当該車両の正規の所有者であるか否かを判断する。運転者が正規の所有者であり、かつ呼気中のアルコール濃度が基準値以下であれば、再度運転者の心電と脈波を測定する。再測定の結果が、最初の測定結果と合致している場合にのみ車両を運転可能な状態とし、運転者の成りすましを防止する。【選択図】 図1
