The present invention relates to a once-daily oral composite bilayer tablet comprising cilostazol and angiotensin receptor blockers and a method for manufacturing the same. The bilayer tablet according to the present invention comprises a cilostazol sustained release layer and an angiotensin receptor blocker immediate release layer. In the cilostazol sustained release layer, a certain fixed dose of povidone K-90 and Eudragit RL or RS are used as a sustained releasing agent, so that a bilayer tablet comprising a fixed dose of cilostazol and angiotensin receptor blockers which can be taken orally once a day can be provided. Therefore, the tablet can be widely used as a customized composite formulation for elderly patients with ischemic complex vascular disease accompanied by hypertension and patients susceptible to diabetes, chronic cardiovascular disease and nephropathy, and can enhance convenience of medication and patient compliance.본 발명은 고정용량의 실로스타졸과 안지오텐신 수용체 차단제를 포함하는 1일 1회 경구복용 복합 이층정제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 이층정제는 실로스타졸 서방출층과 안지오텐신 수용체 차단제 속방출층으로 이루어지며, 상기 실로스타졸 서방출층은 서방출 기제로서 특정 고정 합량의 포비돈 K-90과 유드라짓 RL 또는 RS를 사용함으로써, 고정용량의 실로스타졸과 안지오텐신 수용체 차단제를 포함하며 1일 1회 경구복용 가능한 이층정제를 제공할 수 있기 때문에 고혈압을 동반한 허혈성 복합 혈관질환이 빈번하게 일어나는 노인환자와 당뇨병, 만성 심혈관질환 및 신장병에 취약한 환자의 맞춤형 복합 제제로서 널리 활용될 수 있고, 복약 편리성과 환자 순응도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
