PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting tool capable of suppressing generation of dust when a powder or granular material is charged more efficiently and effectively. SOLUTION: The dust collecting device 4 is installed at an input port of a device into which the powder and granules 24 are loaded, and has a tubular portion 47 through which the powder and particulates 24 pass, and an outer peripheral side of the tubular portion 47. The annular pipe line 48 provided and the inner peripheral surface of the tubular part 47 are provided over the entire circumferential direction, and the inside of the tubular part 47 and the annular pipe line 48 are communicated with each other to charge the powdery or granular material 24. A suction port 49 for sucking dust generated along with the above is introduced into the annular conduit 48, and a suction port 51 provided at one end of the annular conduit 48 and communicating with the outside.
