PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model animal suffering from a new pregnancy hypertension, especially preeclampsia, reflecting human clinical conditions in order to develop new means for improving vascular endothelial dysfunction which is the essence of the hypertension due to pregnancy and preventing/treating preeclampsia and following fetal growth restriction since preeclampsia is increasing because of the increase of the artificial insemination, and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: The model animal of the hypertension due to pregnancy is a pregnant nonhuman mammal and a nonhuman mammal having ligated uterine blood vessel.
