PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical telemeter system, a transmitter and a receiver, reliably preventing the setting error of a channel allocated to the transmitter.SOLUTION: This medical telemeter system includes: the transmitter 120 having a transmission part 280 wirelessly transmitting the bioinformation of a patient by use of a prescribed transmission frequency, and a notifying part 240 notifying transmission frequency information indicating the transmission frequency and the receiver 140 having a reception part 340 receiving the bioinformation wirelessly transmitted from the transmission part 280, and a notified part 300 receiving the notification of the transmission frequency information from the notifying part 240. Thus, even if a user (e.g. a manager) does not perform input related to the channel (the transmission frequency) of the transmitter 120 while viewing the surface of the transmitter 120, the channel of the transmitter 120 is automatically notified to the receiver 140.
