<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colonization inhibitor that inhibits colonization of Staphylococcus aureus and is expected not to develop a resistant bacterium since Staphylococcus aureus is a medically important bacterium to cause a cutaneous abscess and pneumonia and sepsis being serious infectious diseases, colonizes in about 30% human nasal cavity, appearance of resistant bacterium is a problem in an antibacterial agent etc., and much use of antibacterial agent etc., itself is regarded as a problem. <；P>；SOLUTION: Provided is a colonization inhibitor for Staphylococcus aureus comprising an enzyme as a main component.
