The present invention provides a hydrogel patch produced by crosslinking a patch composition which comprises: a natural water-soluble polymer containing one or more selected from the group consisting of macromolecular polysaccharides obtained from bio cellulose, red algae, carob tree, and konjac potato a skin treatment agent containing one or more selected from the group consisting of Sacran, vitamin, a red ginseng extract, an Angelica gigas NAKAI extract, a dandelion extract, an adlay extract, a salmon extract, a broccoli extract, and a mung bean extract a UV blocker containing one or more selected from the group consisting of plant-derived natural substances and organic compounds a pigment showing a light orange color and a colored lotion. The patch for blocking UV rays and maintaining skin temperature according to the present invention contains a natural substance that lowers the skin temperature and a UV blocker, and thus can maintain skin temperature to a certain level while effectively blocking UV rays.
