The floating devices can be installed in the main pipe depending on the flow and pressure of the main pipe. The floating watering device is an application for watering. The floating element of the floating watering device can be moved up and down to disturb the liquid to reduce the blocking. And then the liquid outflow into the soil by the watering hole, below the inserted cover. The air can be exhausted by the floating exhausting device in the main pipe and the adjusting tank. And then the magnet on the sliding floating element and the magnet below the fixed exhausting ring are attracted to each other so that the liquid cannot overflow out in the main pipe. The demand of the irrigation liquid for irrigating plants can be automatically adjusted by the adjusting tank device and the controlling equipment.
