The present invention relates to a dryer and, more specifically, to an improved dryer efficiently dehumidifying and drying an object such as agricultural and marine products by using a sprinkling system, and transferring the object to a dry type washer including a high pressure air blowing fan to remove dust settled during drying with strong wind. According to the present invention, the object is naturally turned over while being rotated in a state of being stored in a storage to uniformly dry up and down, thereby obtaining an effect of dedicating improvement of dry efficiency and improvement of drying quality.본 발명은 건조장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 살수장치를 이용하여 농수산물을 세척한 후 냉동싸이클을 이용하여 농수산물 등과 같은 피건조물을 고효율적으로 제습 건조할 수 있도록 개선된 건조장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 피건조물이 수납체에 수납된 상태에서 회전하면서 자연스럽게 뒤집어지게 하여 상,하 모두를 균일하게 건조시킴으로써 건조효율 향상, 건조 품질 향상에 기여하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
