PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee plastering machine capable of scraping an upper face of an old levee while vertically following according to the height of the old levee smoothly, thereby reducing the level difference of the treated levee top place.SOLUTION: A levee plastering machine 1 comprises: a front portion of a machine body mounted on a running frame a top place treating portion 40 disposed at a position laterally offset with respect to the running position of the running frame and supported on the machine body with a plurality of tillage pawls 42 for cutting out the top place of an old levee and a pre-processing portion 60 supported on the machine body and having a plurality of tilling pawls 62 for leveling the old levee and elevating the land. A rotor supporting member 16 connected rotatably to a rotation center shaft 61a of the tilling pawls 62 of the pre-processing portion 60 is provided and the top place treating portion 40 is rotatably included in the rotor supporting member 16.
