A tissue fastening tool 210A for fastening a first biological tissue to a second biological tissue. The tissue fastening tool comprises two elastic wires. The first wire comprising a first and second tissue fixing sections 211/212 at either end of the first wire configured to make contact with biological tissue. The second elastic wire is secured to one end of the first elastic wire at the first tissue fixing section 211. The first and second wires are configured to be in one of a coiled and non-coiled configuration. The second wire forms a coiled shape in which its central axis is located within a diameter of the first elastic wire in the coiled configuration. The first and second wire may be welded or joined by a sleeve 216. The sleeve 216 may have a different dimension dependent upon a temperature condition. A method for making a tissue fastening tool is also provided comprising shape setting the first and second wire in a coiled shape and attaching the wires together such that the second coiled wire has a central axis located within a diameter of the first coiled shape.
