<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sense organ disorder model animal, to provide a method for creating the model animal, and to provide a method for screening a candidate substance for a medicine by using the model animal. <；P>；SOLUTION: The sense organ disorder model animal is obtained by carrying out visual sense-depriving operation and/or medicament administration during adolescence to promote experience-dependent AMPA receptor synapse migration in the somatic sensory area of the cerebral cortex.
