The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating skin wound which comprises a pharmaceutically effective amount of an amniotic mesenchymal stem cell or conditioned media thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable support. According to the present invention, the amniotic mesenchymal stem cell expresses genes and protein for generating blood vessel, significantly promotes movement of the cells, and facilitates recovery of wound at a high level when compared to fat mesenchymal cells.
